Trish is a Certified Colon Therapist, currently working on obtaining her Master's Degree in Holistic Nutrition with plans to be a Holistic Nutrition Consultant. Trish emphasizes building a better you with healthy alternatives naturally. As our environment and food supply are increasingly saturated with pollutants, chemicals, pesticides and preservatives, the body's detoxification system becomes overburdened and clogged; internal cleansing could be essential for optimum health.

There are many natural ways to cleanse the entire body safely, gently and effectively which is why Trish utilizes various purging and detoxification techniques. Our programs may consist of a series of Colon Hydrotherapy sessions, Aqua Chi Ionic Detox Foot Baths and Spas, nutritional supplements, diet and exercise, etc.

GHA offers the most modern and efficient products and services extending from alternative therapies including: Colon Hydrotherapy (using state of the art, FDA approved equipment), Aqua Chi Ionic Detox Foot Bath and Spa, Ear Candling and nutritional supplements in a modern facility that delivers high quality service at competitive prices.

Trish has had great mentors along the way including Josephine Goffe, RN, ND Naturopath, and owner of Wellness Solutions in Des Peres, MO and Andrea Rockett, owner of Jacob's Herb Shop in Fairview Heights, IL. She also attended Colon Hydrotherapy School at Wellness Solutions School of Natural Therapies in St. Louis, MO and received two certifications as a Colon Therapist. Trish later attended Mind Body Naturopathic Institute in San Antonio, TX where she received a 3rd certification in Colonic Hydrotherapy.

Trish decided to open GHA in her community’s Central West End to serve as a positive role model. With the help of family and Habitat for Neighborhood Business, a non-profit organization which helps budding entrepreneurs learn how to start new businesses. Trish has said that this program set the roadmap for her life and helped establish the blueprint for success along with having a tremendous impact on her ability to start her very own business. Trish moved from dream to reality, launching Gregory's Healthy Alternatives in 2005.
